I am excited to be able to serve you and the rest of our student body as the SGA Vice President and President of the Student Senate for this upcoming school year. Our Student Senate at MC is a representation of the student body–consisting of 10 senators from each class (1 of whom is the president of each class), 4 transfer senators, and 2 international senators. We are actively involved with presenting, debating, and voting on bills that we believe are a betterment to our campus and community. As the lawmaking body of the Student Government Association, your Student Senate works to pass resolutions to improve all aspects of student life, including: campus improvements, residence life, campus dining, and academic affairs. Our Mississippi College Student Senate is unique in that we work as an intermediary between the students and administration to voice the students' opinion. Join us as we debate bills and amendments, and make your mark on the campus of Mississippi College.
